I work at a start up company, there’s at most- 10 employees. One of my coworkers mentioned the owner had tried to pay him and his (owner’s) wife a $1 less an hour than they had agreed too. I immediately checked my paystubs and saw that he was shorting me $308/mo. I will be bringing it to his attention on Monday. I have a written offer stating the salary I agreed to. I will be applying for other jobs but does anyone have any advice on how to handle this?
