Went ahead and detailed the owner of my company's vehicle because he offered to buy me lunch. Went above and beyond, pulled every weather mat, scrubbed every inch of dirt inside and outside, meticulously organized his belongings.
The next day he comes to grab his vehicle and takes me out to pick a car up in his vehicle. The entire ride he spends arguing with his buddy about bitcoin and how it's the best form of currency but how he wants to sell all of his before it tanks more. We arrive at the location so I politely enterupt, “Hey boss” before I am rudely dismissed with a hand gesture and told who to see to get the car.
Well fuck me for trying to be a nice guy and go above and beyond for some ungrateful price that makes 5 times my salary in a year.
