Seriously, out of all fast food places Chipotle has the most wiped out, exhausted looking employees (at least in my city, upstate NY). What's going on over there?

Trying to keep this short and not give away too much as far as where I guess! I’m having a difficult time making a decision and taking a leap of faith on creating a plan to find something else, as I would NEVER quit without having something lined up first. I’ve been with my company for 5 years but current position for 1 year, which was a promotion from the last. More money and a better title put stars in my eyes at first, I won’t lie. So as to my observance generally companies try to push down the time to market for their products and services. This results to overworked and stressed out employees who don’t even have time to make things actually cool. Right now I work for a company that delivers digital customer journeys. And they all suck big time because everyone is stressed to release it although it would be better to take some time…

Not quite as interesting as others, but gave me a deep sense of enjoyment. Been with this company for a year, and put up with plenty of bullshit. I was the youngest in the office by 25 years and the environment was as you’d expect with the “we’ve done things this way forever, we refuse to change” mentality. Fast forward past MANY verbal altercations, shafted pay raises and zero communication from HR, my visit to the office this morning saw me print out my pre-written letter of resignation, place it on my supervisors desk, and set a copy to auto send from my work email. His boss, his bosses boss, HR, anyone I could think to cc, all will receive the same list of grievances to peruse to their hearts content. So we signed the contract and now i need immigrant document to apply for visa but they kept me waiting for 4 months and they are not asnwering my mails. I told them im getting worried over this situation and they said “dont worry we are in touch” a month ago, 12 days ago asked for my graduation and disappeared again. No answer. I said no to other firms meanwhile… and am already so mad but not sure what to do. Any ideas?
