Just looked at a job posting on InDeed…. under the “Benefits” category associated with the job I expected to potentially see reference to PTO, Health Plan, etc. Nope. Benefits: Casual dress Flexible schedule I dont know if it's just me, but I dont consider those actual benefits.

So for context I work at a fast food restaurant, and we accept tips, however I always feel guilty when I'm given a tip and I don't know why, does anyone else feel guilty about taking tips?

I don't know if this is a good place to ask this. But I want to be able to scroll and see more people who realize this capitalist hateful society is just awful It feels like every time I open Reddit, I see a video of someone who is caught stealing from a grocery store and everyone is calling them an idiot and laughing at them. The other day was that video of a guy who tried to steal from Apple store and then jumped off the second story of the mall to get away and broke his legs and it was hilarious to people. The desperation and fear necessary to be willing to take that jump. Like we are the 99 percent struggling to survive so much that we are have to take these risks. There are people who have super yachts and then a smaller yacht that follows…
