Thinking of quiting my dishwashing jobs they give me Saturday and sunday afternoon till the night giving me the hours no one wants to work and plus they only giving me 20 hours max a week on top of dat there giving the new hires the hours they want

I decided it would be halarious if I wrote a letter of my experience with the company and ended it with a link to Fansly, where I would then have photos of myself in uniform with various sayings on my chest. Trouble is I feel like “fuck corporate” or “fuck Suckmart” isn't creative enough and I could do better. My coworkers deserve better. If you could leave a company with various body writings, what would you write?

Hi guys I’m new to this community but I love the content and I feel as if maybe the story of how my career was saved by the “Anti-Work” movement. I almost fell for the trap that every manager wants you to believe. So I (23M) graduated from university 3 years ago with a degree in marketing. I worked an internship for a somewhat large branding agency almost immediately and quickly experienced many of the problems as others have had here. My boss (45 F) was very controlling and dominating of basically every function I had. It was basically the situation where any positives I’d contribute to the firm were “her” responsibilities and any bad ideas contributed were “mine”. When I was in my early 20s, I was trying to get into a 4 year school via a community college (my high school GPA was a 1.5). I was taking classes exclusively on Tuesday and Thursdays, so I could work full-time and pay my way through school. During that time, I was waiting tables for a national chained restaurant, who’s name I won’t reveal (think a pepper). Well one Monday day during finals week, I got a call from my GM who said they needed me to cover a shift because the team was playing softball that night. Last year around September/October/November I worked in a restaurant in my small town, for the couple of months coming up to Christmas they started taking our tips(without asking) and started putting them in a jar for Christmas lunch together(yikes). They stopped having me come in at the start of December so I didn't even get my tips back, but today a P45 slip showed up and I remembered what they did and am wanting my hard earned money back. Do I have any kind of case? Are there laws in place to stop workplaces stealing tips?
