Of course its easy to start a business in the USA. You're not required to treat your workers like a human being or pay them a decent wage. It's probably soooo easy to start a business when you can have your workers subsidize your business. But once that changes, will America still be on top? I personally, don't think so.
Job cutting 401k match
Long story short… I signed a job agreement for compensation and benefits. These benefits included a 401k match. Yesterday 15 minutes before the end of the day they send out a mass email saying they are cutting 401k matching for the foreseeable future. Fast forward to today talk I talk with HR as I signed a job agreement that states if I leave within one full year of employment I have to pay back my sign on bonus. They said this is still the case. I don’t see why I’m in a legally binding agreement when they can change the terms at anytime…? Fuck corporate America! Work snitch
We have had 3 meetings about people taking too long in the bathroom. And I have found out that they are paying the shipping and receiving guy at my work to watch the cameras and physically watch the clock when someone goes into the bathroom. I guess my question is, is that illegal??

Then I’m turning my laptop in at the office and walking out with zero notice. I used to be DEEP in the Kool-Aid of corporate culture, and I NEVER quit a job without 2+ weeks of notice.
