Hi, I like the concept of anti work and generally agree with the reasoning. But do you guys have any large scale possible solutions that we could actually do? Or even on an individual level? Or are we pretty much forced to lament our situations

I’ve been here my whole life and when I finally learned about labor laws I also learned that almost nobody knows/cares about them. Every time I mention unions someone mentions how they’re “corrupt” or the “expensive dues.” No concept of solidarity. Whatever manager says, goes and nobody thinks to themselves ‘How about no.’ Is there anybody else in this sub who lives in NoVa or even the DMV?
