So I use to work for this timeshare resort as a housekeeper. I had put in a request months in advanced to go on a camping trip with my family. Paid for the trip and all that. It was a 3 night vacation. The day before I was suppose to leave for my vacation, at work my direct supervisor called a meeting. She stated that we were in the middle of the busy season and all vacation request are being denied. But she was however leaving the next day for Las Vegas for a 10 day vacation because she NEEDED it. I work at a Mcdonalds in Georgia theres about 20 employees and 5 managers in the store total. Lets say I have talked to 10-15 employees and they will commit to voting yes for a union where do i go from there. How do I actually get a vote for a union? Dont we need a big union to “sponsor” us for lack of a better word or a union we will become a part of? What all is involved how difficult is it in practice?

I'm a “manager” at a call center. I say “manager” because I have all, The duty and responsibility, but not the pay and ability to make decisions for the company. I've stayed loyal to this company. We were raided by the feds at one point and I never opened my mouth, unlike many others.
