I won’t lie my first 2 shifts were awesome, but then that boss got offed. Since then, we’ve been under a corporate bot who got his ass handed to him by the CEO and founder himself but sucked up hard enough to stay. I get out 30-60 minutes off late most shifts, and I have to text him, 2 other managers, and write it down for a single day off. I think I’m going to be putting in my 2 week’s soon since he is so bad. He most recently has had the last 3 saturdays in a row understaffed, having me worried near a panic attack point before last night’s shift. He also just changed every one of my shifts from 4-10(ish) to 3-10(ish) which is unheard of from what my coworkers tell me. Lastly, a required team meeting at 8:00 am tomorrow morning which we do not know if he’ll be paying us for and have literally no details on.
