Partial benefits

Are partial benefits a thing? A little backstory: I’ve been working at a company for over three years and in addition to I have a small business I am trying to grow. In the past year, the company has grown, become more corporate, work load increasingly more demanding and I still get paid pretty weak for 20+ yrs experience and a bachelors degree (26.50/hr). After a hard year, hustling my ass off, I am burnt out. I can’t work 7 days a week anymore. My body and mind won’t do it. In the town we live in, the median house is $700,000 and between two of us working full time (and me two jobs) we still can’t afford a home. I’ve been working this full time job to help save for a downpayment (because self employed income isn’t enough yet) but am at the point of throwing in the towel…

I’ve been working this full time job to help save for a downpayment (because self employed income isn’t enough yet) but am at the point of throwing in the towel for that home ownership dream. My business is starting to suffer, I am tired of the constant demand at the job, my health is starting to suffer, and most days I am not giving my best—- I’ve decided something has to give.

Fast forward. I’ve decided I’m going to go part time or start floating my resume. I’d prefer to stick it out part time until more work comes in with my business and then I can 100% focus on my business.

My question is: are part time benefits a thing? I asked my immediate manager if I would receive part time benefits such as partial PTO, 401k match, and partial profit sharing bonus. I’m not looking for health insurance as I am covered by my partner. The initial answer was no, only full time folks receive any benefits.

Looking for advice as to how I can better negotiate this to make this part time transition more beneficial.
