So I work in solar. Installer. I travel about 2 hours a day , up to 5. I meet up and ride in company car to sites. My employer does NOT pay me for those drive times , only the work site hours. Sags I could drive My own car there, and that's not paid.
What you guys think.? Is this okay. I figured if I show up at 6, then come back to my car at 8. That's 14 hours of my time spent for work.
I see just car rides to work. You can't justify your 25 min drive from. Your house as hours.
But this is physically loading and unloading literal tons of materials before and after. Not to mention maintenance on the vehicle or parts in/on as we commute. .
