People here might get a kick from this it’s called Draggin Up

In construction there’s a term called “draggin” or draggin up. It means you quit your job on the spot, and you’re never coming back. Unwritten rules of draggin Don’t tell your boss or even give him a clue you might drag. If you can/want to, get a buddy to drag with you. Have something lined up. Don’t drag until the day(or weekend)before your new job starts. Have all your tools/belongings ready to go or off the job site in your truck As soon as you’ve done #3 (hopefully on company time) you’re ready to tell that boss you quit, or to go fuck himself really whatever you want because your new job starts tomorrow. It’s crazy seeing what kinds bullshit people with corporate or white collar jobs will just accept on this sub. Most post I read and say out loud afterwords- “Jesus Christ I would’ve dragged that bitch 10…

If your job doesn’t respect you, then why would you have any respect for them. Everyone learn early in life it’s earned, not given out.
