I have seen many posts from people on this and similar subs in which people talk of horrible conditions/pay, nearly as poor conditions as legally possible.
You then see people in comments or on the following post on the sub share their story and their bad day is a paradise for many others.
If you are a lucky one making more than 40k a year and don't shed actual blood, sweat, and tears at work, can you please leave some bread crumbs for those of us who are trying but have no clear path to success?
No implication that those who have a good job did not work for their position, just pointing out that one way to help your fellow workers/class is just sharing some helpful advice if you have it.
I'm also aware that many who are in a comparatively successful role may have gotten their with out guidance your self. However, the lack of direction those may have received should be looked at as a, “you walked so that others could run”, type scenario rather than a ,”I did it alone so others should too”, scenario.
In many cases people are making posts about notoriously awful places/industries to work in, and if we collectively knew of some more notoriously good places/industries to work in, some might have that ability to better their quality of because of their new job. Then they can share the information to the next person who needs it, and better situations for many.
