petty co-worker wanted to get me in trouble for working on my side business but management did it right

I am shocked to be writing. This, normally management is the issue but I finally found a job that has pretty decent management however, you cant have it all. Some of my co-workers are the petty type that will drag you down for being successful. I am happy at my job, theres a lot of downtime so we are allowed to kill time doing whatever we want which is awesome. I use the time to browse the internet, read the news, and work on my side business. Many of the other workers will watch tiktok or youtube or text or call their friends the entire shift. One of my co workers had the audacity to write a complaint about me working on my side business during work hours because I am “double dipping”. First off, my bosses have literally given me permission to have a whole ass second job if I wanted to have it while I worked as long as my work gets done, which it always does. Second, my position requires more work than the other positions so i am already performing more. Third, why would you want to drag a co-worker down who is trying to do more for themselves. The level of petty is unreal especially since I am always offering to help lift others up with whatever they want to do.

People, dont be this co-worker. Dont be the person sitting on youtube all day trying to bring someone down for how they choose to spend their down time. Especially when half the staff has other side businesses. It is such a bad look and quite frankly, disgusting.

Shoutout to management (surprising for this sub) though for one having my back, letting the person know I am indeed allowed to work on whatever I choose as long as my work is getting done, and also offering me an alternative area to work on these things.
