Picking up trash for state minimum wage. Is it worth it?

Minimum wage is 15 an hour and I work 40 hours a week. It’s an erratic schedule, sometimes a shift starts at noon other times at 6 in the morning, and the Memorial Day weekend is breaking all of us.
