Prior to my hire date, I explained to my manager that there are two to three days that I can't work due to severe pain & hemorrhaging. I practically begged them to give me those days off & I'm willing to work everyday except those days. Well they scheduled me for those days & I told them the week prior I couldn't work those days. He told me he couldn't change the schedule although I gave a month's advance about needing these days off. I called in, well they called & asked me not to come back🥺. This job was all I had, I have no car or access to the bus line. I had it all planned out, I was going to save for a car, find better employment & put money towards my real estate licensing. Now I'm back at square one! I was never late or missed a day until now!
I'm absolutely sick of working for bs corporations! I'm so fed up. Now the panic has set in, my family is already struggling! What Now? I'm trying to find wfh employment & have had no luck. I wish there were laws to stop the unfair treatment of employees . Some of us really are doing all we can to make it!
