So, a friend of mine and I, who work for the same company, wants to start our own company. Not an LLC, an [alpha]-corp, etc. But, we aren't sure what to start with outside of wanting a business that is truly for employees, by employees. But, so far, it's been difficult to find any valuable resources. Any suggestions?
