I’m laying awake dreading morning. I work at a public high school in the special ed department. Every day I get punched and scratched and bit and pinched. I come home with marks all over my body. I have made the principal aware of what’s going on but there’s not much to be done. I’m late every day because it’s hard to get out of bed, and I get a talking to for it. Could anyone blame me, I get less than 1000 bucks a month getting traumatized for a living. Been applying for new jobs but never get answers. Isnt there some sort of law about this? I’ve filed 3 injury reports in as many weeks for my bruises but nothing has come of it. I am at zero dollars with zero patience.
If anyone has insight on what I could do, it would be appreciated.
