hi i just posted about 30 mins ago but i got no replies and it's urgent to get some advice because i'm struggling. please read my other post if none of this makes sense. but the woman who was assigned to investigate my case about being wrongly fired is calling me today to give me a conclusion on my termination. she was a complete asshole when we talked the first time and i very clearly explained to her how they made a mistake and she still tried to guilt trip me. she literally tried to guilt me for taking about 6 days off throughout the months of october-december AND THAT WAS FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR. I TOOK 6 “UNPROTECTED” DAYS OFF FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR AND APPARENTLY IM THE MOST LAZY SON OF A BITCH ALIVE! anyways i'm really hoping she tells me i'm getting my job back because they did in fact make 2 mistakes that lead to me being fired. if she tells me i'm not being rehired, what should i do next? i need a job urgently and i explained more of the details in my other posts
