So I have an office job and work 5 days a week. Out of those 5 days, we get one day of our choosing to work from home. What I don't understand is why. Everything I do in my office I can do at home. I use my own laptop and I rarely interact with my coworkers, most of our work is done via email. So… why do I need to be there all the time? I don't mind going to the office two days a week, for the sake of leaving the house, but my presence there is completely unnecessary. Not to mention that, by the end of the week, there isn't much work to do. Thursdays and Fridays are pointless.
If you have an office job you know that, for the most part, most of the work you have daily can be done within 2-3 hours. I do not need to be there for over 6 hours. What the fuck.
Any way end the 5 day work week, I beg.
