Found out that for months me (head chef) and my team had been poisoned with carbon monoxide (we have a gas pizza oven and we work undergroud-extraction was way inadequate). Long story short, I started working in February, but the issue was older (December of past year): apparently, the “warning, do not use” steaker had been scraped away from the oven and nobody told us about the problem. Another official controll few days ago, kitchen shut down and won't open again, it costs 40.000£ to fix the problem.
