A landscaping company here in NJ is paying their undocumented (most of them are undocumented) cash instead of putting them on the books. Is there someone I can talk to about this? I do not know the legalities of this matter. Also, the managers cut hours during the week for the workers but then offer them cash to come work on weekends. Who do I need to report this to?
