Potential OSHA retaliation

Hi everyone! So I have an occasional client I filed an OSHA complaint with. I requested it remain anonymous but people in management are telling employees I know that the OSHA person told them my name. If there was a fire it would be pretty difficult to get out and it’s not worth the rate they pay me. I don’t know why they won’t just fix it because it could have actually been done by now instead of trying to retaliate against me.
