This might be the wrong sub but I have a question. First. I appreciate this sub for examples of when and how to advocate for oneself and others at work. I think we all need unions. They said, does anyone feel demoralized though, like it’s uncool to like one’s job? I personally get a lot of fulfillment from being part of a team who likes what they do. I worry that reading antiwork just makes me less motivated, and that makes doing any job harder, and that feeds more negative feelings.
