Trying to write my resignation letter right now and don’t want to be unprofessional because then that will be the issue, not their shitty leadership. What is the professional way of saying:
I’m quitting because I’m sick and tired of putting so much time and effort into this hell hole only to be treated like crap. I work doubles, pick up shifts, get as much done as I can, just for y’all to act like I have no clue what I’m doing. I feel like I’m being targeted while people who don’t do shit, come to work intoxicated, etc are being favored. I don’t feel comfortable working here anymore. Since I’m such a bad employee, I’m going to leave and let y’all find a better person for this job.
