Promotions announcement last week….

Little over a month ago they made redundancies. Last week they promoted some people, mostly people in management of course, though to their credit some ground level workers too. Everyone else was given a blanket 1.5% raise because they “can't afford” to match inflation. Even though they literally just spent a ton of money giving managers promotions This is probably still a lot better than a lot of companies will do but I found it insulting. I already have 2 other job offers and I plan to accept one of them and quit early next week. I guess since they can't afford to give a proper cost of living pay raise, they'll instead have to be able to afford replacing people. Both of those offers are at least a 10% raise for me.
