Providing a daycare at/near work facilities

Do you know how much more dedicated staff you would have? Also, no more questioning when your kid is sick and has to leave daycare (meaning you leave early) because the company can see that record. Like I’m currently not working because of unexpected twins and a total lack of access to affordable childcare. Even the teenage child caregivers are charging a lot more these days (not that a teenager could manage all of our needs anyway) But I have a small background in IT. Enough to get back in the field. If I was offered a job with childcare included as long as I was a good employee who showed up on time and did the job? I would take it in a HEARTBEAT. These kids are driving me nuts and we need the money. Doordash/Instacart/GrubHub is breaking down my car that already has 209k miles on it. I…

I desperately need to work but my spouse works crazy 55 hour weeks. It’s a mess.

Imagine how many people would be back to work TOMORROW if this was a common standard in the workforce.
