I'm a machine operator. There are 2 people partnered up on each machine. Two people (guy and girl) working on their machine acrossed from mine got into a big argument and had to be separated by the supervisor. So, the supervisor tries to swap me and the girl so I'd be running her machine and she'd be running mine. I told the supervisor fuck no, I've been on this same machine for 2 years, I like it, I know it like the back of my hand and I'm not gonna be in a miserable situation all because they want to act like children. So now supervisor is pissed at me and I think he's trying to think of a way to fire me. Should I just go over to to that machine like he wanted me to? Btw, he's been a shit supervisor even before this.
