Purely Hypothetical Legal Question

Okay here’s some very surface level background: So I work for a bank. Over the past few weeks I got an insultingly low raise, was told to learn and pick up others’ job responsibilities if I wanted more(which I have done), had my promised transfer to the area I’m supposed to move to yanked away, and was laughed out of the room when I negotiated for a more fair salary. I’ve busted my ass since my raise negotiation, doing everything they’ve asked me to start, which has mostly consisted of picking up others’ slack. All people who have worked here longer and make significantly more than me. I ran the numbers and I’m putting out more work than any of the three other people I share a job title with.

Onto my question. If someone in my position were to erase 100% of the work they’ve done in the past 3 weeks, leaving them to start from scratch, would that person face any legal consequences? Purely hypothetical of course.
