How much does this hurt your chances? I was fired as an independent contractor fron my dream job (ouch) last year. Currently applying to jobs and some of the apps ask if you've been fired/dismisses and why. Didn't really get a full reason for why. Also does it count as being fired if I was a contractor? Thankss
