Im a night auditor. They really dont have much to do, but tbh Im not interested in doing someone else's job. I know it doesnt sound very “team player” but tbh, Im not. If it's not my job, I dont want to do it.
My manager added doing laundry from 2am to 5am and to take a picture of the finished laundry since we're going to be busy.
Instead of hiring more laundry attendants since we've only had two for the past 4 months.
She already has issues speaking to her staff AND guests. She has a huge attitude problem. She's a honestly a good person deep down but she doesnt know how to speak to people!
I could let it slide until she added laundry to my tasks🤷️
