My manager informed me today that anyone that clocks in early or stays late will have their time fixed to say they came in/left at their scheduled time. So, if someone is scheduled at 5AM and clocks in at 445AM, he will over ride it to show they clocked in at 5AM because “hes tired of fixing peoples time”. I asked some of the other floor managers if this was legal and no one knows. I was hoping someone on here could clarify.
