So I’m about to have my first ever exit interview this week. Normally I just quit without notice but since I’m quitting a big hotel chain I figured I would put a notice in in case I find myself needing a job. Anyways my question is do they normally send you home right after or will I have to still work my shift that day. My shifts are from 2-10 pm and hr is usually gone by 3 or 4. Thanks
