Question about Work Boundaries

Hi all, thank you for taking the time to read this. I am an RN at a clinic. Recently, my manager has been asking me/demanding me to do marketing activities such as cold calling patients and going door to door handing out fliers for the clinic. I feel a ton of pressure to just put my head down and do it and don’t really know what to say back as being a nurse and doing door to door advertising are very different than one another. In my job duties, there are a bunch of vague duties like “will contribute to the companies needs” and stuff like that so my concern is that I wouldn’t be doing my job if I decline. Especially since it is raining out and cold today, do I have the right to say no I won’t be doing that?
