Question for all y’all anti workers

Been following this sub for a few weeks now and I have a few questions for anyone willing to answer In the description of this sub it says stuff about ending work and having a work free life, I really haven’t seen any posts actually doing or promoting that though. A lot of posts about the awful stuff management says/does, which honestly is disgusting, especially as someone who never actually dealt with managers or anything like the stuff I see posted, a lot of posts about advice on shitty work situations which is amazing, but nothing about truly living “work free” That being said I’m curious what a work free life would look like, or how that’s even possible given the fact that quite literally everything costs money and working is the one way to consistently make money day in day out without relying on the government, but if you…

In the description of this sub it says stuff about ending work and having a work free life, I really haven’t seen any posts actually doing or promoting that though. A lot of posts about the awful stuff management says/does, which honestly is disgusting, especially as someone who never actually dealt with managers or anything like the stuff I see posted, a lot of posts about advice on shitty work situations which is amazing, but nothing about truly living “work free”

That being said I’m curious what a work free life would look like, or how that’s even possible given the fact that quite literally everything costs money and working is the one way to consistently make money day in day out without relying on the government, but if you rely on the government for money you can’t actually be anti work as workers are being taxed to support you, and if you believe other people should work while you shouldn’t have to but also have the same standard of living as a working individual then I think I grossly misunderstood this sub.

I guess it depends how you personally define “work” cause the only way I can think of being able to live “work free” is being a homesteader or something and completely living off the land which I do see a lot of people doing on tik tok and other subreddits. But that lifestyle is realistically more would than a 9-5 i’d assume.

So enlighten me please, what does “work free life” mean to you and if you’re living a work free life, how?

Seriously not trying to sound “pro work, I love and agree with a lot of stuff I see on this sub but that’s one thing I can’t wrap my brain around as I literally don’t know anyone living work free unless they’re retired or living off the government on disability or welfare, and as stated I don’t personally think you can be on welfare and also truly be anti work

Partially asking out of pure curiosity but if a work free life I actually possible I’d be interested in trying to pursue that lifestyle, I’m young and hate my job, it’s a good job, good company, good pay, etc. But it’s 10 hours a day of pushing a button on a production line and if I can live I life that doesn’t involve doing this until I retire I’m very much interested just not even sure who to ask about this or how to go about learning it.

Thanks in advance
