What are the Pros & Cons of having section 125 Premium only plan (aka Caffateria plan) from your job?
I'm only asking, because I don't know any other source to trust for information on it. I want to be sure before I do anything.
My email reads from my employer:
Good morning, we have reviewed our 125 section Premium Plan. This plan allows for employees to to play for all health and group life insurance on a pre tax basis.
That's all that was said in the email. I'm naive on what to do or if I should do anything at all.
