Is your working culture really that fucked up like everybody says?
In Germany the employer has to pay half of the amount of the insurances (healthcare, retirement, accident and so on). Most of us have 30 days of paid holidays, even more if you‘re willing to change an amount of money into more holidays. For most people one job is enough to pay all your expenses. If somebody tries to fuck you, e.g. your boss you can go to the worker‘s council.
What is it like in the USA?
