Question: What can my current employer do if i quit a day before my actual quit date?

I currently gave HR a letter of resignation indicating my last day is going to be Friday the 29th. But i am not wanting to train a replacement for three days during two, 12hr shifts. Can they screw me over out of my pay? Any responses are appreciated!
