Basically title. I'm nonbinary and work a retail position for a non-chain store company. I wanted to start wearing NB Pride items (pins, necklace, shirts, etc) and want to be ready in case anything happens. Just want to know what the best course of action is for:
- Harassment by my company (the biggest one for me)
- Harassment by other employees
- Harassment from customers
I live in the US, Virginia if that's relevant. I've consulted the employee handbook, as well as state and federal laws and guidelines I can find.
