Created a new account for this just in case.
I am currently interviewing for a new job, and realised during the whole process how one sided it all is. I have to spend each remote interview justifying why they should hire me, proving myself by asking questions. Which of course I get as they want to make sure I’m not just lying on my CV.
“Then at the end, ok do you have any questions for us?” Oh there is only 2 mins left, so you ask maybe one or two things.
I want to push back against this and actually arrange another call where I ask them some things. Looking for ideas on what I should be asking and looking out for to make sure it’s a good fit.
EU based btw, not US, so no point with health care questions or things like that 😉
