This isnt a small mom and pop shop. This is a main insurance company. They're not hurting for money. But the shareholders are worried about their investment !
Weve been working OT since October and met our goals but we're the one being punished. Just funny how it's never the people at the top that have to sacrifice their money and time to meet the company's quarter goals huh?
