Quit my job out of no where ( venting )

I guess I came here to kind of vent and put this out there. I’m a 24m was working as a plumber clearing 100k + pretty easily and I just kind of woke up on a Sunday and quit my job no plan nothing. I guess I came here to kind of vent and put this out there. I’m a 24m was working as a plumber clearing 100k + pretty easily and I just kind of woke up on a Sunday and quit my job no plan nothing. Was having a lot of issues at the work place was working 6-7 days a week minimum of 12 hours most days had no freedom was constantly exhausted and depressed. After a particularly long week I had a rather large job that would require helpers from my company to assist with some manual labor where they’d be paid each 350.00 for 4 hours of work tops two days in a row they decided not to show which is there choice but then my company decided that I just needed to do a 3-4 person job completely alone ( which is physically impossible and without help is high risk for injury). So I just kind of woke up one day and quit. I have no plan other than I know I’m not going to go back to being a plumber. It feels like one of the best decisions I’ve ever made but I also can’t help but feeling like an idiot for throwing all that money away idk.
