I worked as a driver for Domino's for almost 2 years. There was a driver JL who would constantly shark runs from other drivers. Basically that means he would manipulate the runs so he would get the addresses that were known to tip better than others.
Anyway we all knew he was doing it but couldn't prove it, and let's just say the manager there absolutely does not care. I could tell countless stories of him that would fit very well in this sub.
A month ago, JL was finally caught on camera deliberately taking a run that was not his and leaving the 'bad' run for another driver. After being confronted with video evidence, he of course denies it. This is brought to the attention of the general manager of the store. Instead of firing him, we were told he was being transferred to another store. Little did we know that manager was secretly having him work during a couple of morning shifts and having him leave before any other driver found out he was working. When confronted about this, the manager literally laughed in my face. Let's just say after that, we agreed to a mutual separation.
