Quiting

So I have been working in a lab for the last six months that I applied to after working for almost a year at Amazon as a driver. I quit Amazon because of the insane work hours and the unsafe vans I had to drive. Plus I would be out in the mountains in the dark and next to cliffs ect. Very dangerous job sometimes. I did enjoy being alone and the beauty of the route and working out all day. But that was it. So anyway after I left I looked for a job for about a month and took a job at a lab. I would be processing paperwork and extracting samples ect. The offer stated mandatory OT but was made to seem like it was once in a while and it would be fixed soon due to understaffing. So long story short I got promoted in 4 months with a new job title, but the OT has been horrible. For the last two months we have had to go from 9 hour OT to 11 to 14 hour days every day. It weighed on everyone and morale is extremely low. My mental health has gotten so bad that I need to take some days off to see a Dr and get some mental health treatment soon. My question is would it be bad to just quit with no notice? I can't take it anymore and my mental health and personal life is hurting. Thank you
