So observing the post in the subreddit, I want to come out and admit my story.
So starting in May 2020, I got laid off and looked for another. Then I found Hardees as a job to work for a while.
Biggest mistake. From May June 2021, it was so fucking bad to the point I disconnected myself from my family, and I gained 30 ILBS.
Causes we're only working on a Sunday from the last day of my high school career and scheduled me for that all month.
People ordering specific orders that didn't go with the food
Doing big orders by myself.
People wanting a more cooked meat
One woman wanted hash browns golden and not take it what it was.
Getting stormed like the Jan 6 Capitol on Valentine's day and Church Sundays.
Doing the same shit to the point that we were out of it.
And people being impatient.
After June, I got into Credit card debt and gave my manager one more chance, and he scheduled me on a Sunday.
I spent two weeks looking for any job that wasn't fast food and had a consistent schedule to encounter my Police Volunteering.
I found UPS and did the morning shift as a pre-loader. A year later, it's not as bad as working in fast food. I like the job because of the benefits and because it's physically demanding.
The cons are just working in the heat and being under pressure.
