Boss told me earlier that the way I talk to customers is “pathetic” and “it hurts to listen to me speak”. When I tried telling him I'm done and I will pick up my check, he told me to shut up for once and listen. He said that every person who walks in the store should be seen as a millionaire, and that we need to make them spend as much as possible. Working in a delta 8 dispensary, I know that most of the people walking in here aren't CEOs. I told him that, and was ignored. He left the store, and I'm telling my coworker when she shows up that I'm done, hoping she will leave with me as she's had the same issues with him. I plan on getting him shut down however possible. Sorry for the rant, just thought that it should be known the owner of I will update with store name after I quit is knowingly scamming people.
