I have been working with a lighting company for almost 2 hears now. I have raised up in the ranks pretty quickly because of my work ethic, this has also caused me to get run over pretty frequently. Right now I'm in what you could call a supervising position withiut the title. I do the paperwork, fix others mistakes, answer the phone, run around this entire place all day if you will. I just learned that a 17 year old neighbor of mine is working at WALMART making $16 an hour! I only make $16.50!
Im starting to feel like this place doesnt care at all! I've been job hunting for a better oppourtunity and have had no call backs. This fuckin sucks! All I want js to make enough money my husband and I can move oht of my mother's house and finally be us again! Im almost 25! No wonder this job has caused me major depression. We as humans really made our own problems and now I'm stuck working for money that doesn't even exist because some old men a hundred years ago invented the work week!
