A toast to shark eyed economists and black hearted traditionalists for always asking, “are we being too nice to the rest of the population?” And always answering from the bottom of it's pocketbook, “Yes.”
Without you we wouldn't have Phantom Phone Syndrome or plastic in our blood, but it was all worth it for the incurable forms of cancer and climate change.
We salute, bow, prostrate and flagellate in hopes of one day being you, but knowing all the while that rigged legislation and militarized law enforcement would never let us reach your golden aura.
