So we have a new vendor compliance analysist that got a nice office right behind my open floor plan cubicle. She makes more money than me, but I basically trained her in her entire job. I work in Logistics so have a good understanding of what we are being fined for. Anyways she came up to me asking about this report and asking if these loads missed or were worked-in, and if they are worked-in then they get no detention. She handed me a list of like 50 loads and asked me to go through them and double check and verify if a load was a work-in or reschedule. I told her how to do it and told her that it's not my responsibility. I have my own work I need to accomplish. She proceeds to write my manager and he called me into the office.
I am not helping this lady with jack shit again. I basically trained her, she's paid more, and she's asking for additional work. What really sucks is I've helped her hundreds of times learning our process, etc.. even this time I told her where to obtain the information she wanted… but now the perception of me is that I am combative? Makes me just wanna say fuck all and walk out this bitch.
