I'm currently employed and would like to change my job for ethical (and monetary, lets be honest) reasons.
I applied for a job in a multinational company that is a bit less world destructing than my current position.
First instead of simply sending a resume that reflects my personality, I took almost an hour to refill all my skills and work experiences and education on the company job website. Basically I'm doing their job, filling their HR database, great…
Then I received an answer with a link to that hirevue platform, where I have to record me answering questions, in English (I'm not a native speaker). Seriously !? Can't you just call me ? Will it really take more of your precious time to have a direct human interaction ? Do I really want to work in a company that uses such a process ? I don't think so, I will do a no show, I'm not a tik-toker.
And the truth is I'm an introvert and I don't like recording myself, I tried but just can't, and feel discriminated for that.
